J and I are heading out on another adventure. He has visited Asia before (in his working years), but I have not. So we are visiting Asia! We fly out at 7:30 AM on New Year's Day - that means we need to be up around 5 AM to catch a cab to the airport by 6 AM.
The blogtouch app I usually use to type up this blog - is now defunct. So I am trying to use another Blogger app as a workaround. The app is no longer free - but I am happy to retrieve most of my blog posts since 2012 when I started blogging and discover a way to make this notsoworldlytraveller.blogspot.com handle still work.
All being well, we will arrive in Taipei, Taiwan late at night on January 2, 2026. We will have a day to recover before we board the Norwegian Sun on January 4th. This is the itinerary of our first cruise.
J is packed. I have a solid selection of clothes hanging on a rack in my office - ready to integrate into my travel bags. We have one last night with the boys at home - so will tackle that project after they leave!
